KAEDAH BEKAM
KAEDAH BEKAM
Oleh Suzan Ahmad
Magnet dimasukkan sebelum bekam magnet dilakukan.
|
kepala, muntah, resdung, masalah hati, sakit belikat, urat saraf, sakit leher,
kudis kronik, jangkitan, sawan (gila babi), HIV/Aids, orang fobia, mengandung,
penyakit kelamin dilarang berbekam.
(Hadis
riwayat Abu Daud),” katanya.
Dr Nik Fairuz mendapat tauliah pakar bekam daripada Fakulti Perubatan
Homeopati Malaysia (Fahom).
pendarahan, lebam, kulit melecet, jangkitan, gatal-gatal, sakit bahagian bekam
mendalami ilmu bekam sekurang-kurangnya tiga tahun sebelum menjadi pengamal
bertauliah.
INFO: Bekam
Mereka yang berusia 4 hingga 65
tahun boleh berbekam.
Kebiasaannya, rawatan bekam
kering mengambil masa antara 15 hingga 20 minit.
Sesi terapi bekam darah tidak
melebihi 30 minit.
Jumlah darah tidak melebihi 5
hingga 10 mililiter.

Apa logiknya gaji pembantu rumah RM700 !!
penyelesaian pengambilan pembantu rumah Indonesia.
Kenapa pihak kita selalu mengalah?
Apa pun saya ingin bertanya logikkah gaji ditetapkan sehingga RM700
golongan rakyat pertengahan. Gaji RM700 sebulan hampir sama gaji pekerja yang
berkelayakan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
Nampaknya, separuh gaji terpaksa diserahkan bulat-bulat kepada pembantu
yang belum tentu bagus. Syarat lain, termasuk pembantu hanya buat kerja
sekolah), apa logik gaji RM700 sebulan?

All (including former) Malaysians must know - By Dr.
Azmi Sharom
If you have already watched this (and I'm not
surprised at all), just pass it on....
Dr. Azmi Sharom- All Malaysians must know.
Malaysia has never been an Islamic State as our
Constitution is very specific on it. It was the Mental Mamak (our equivalent to
Singapore's MM) who lied all the way when he declared Malaysia as an Islamic
Country and therefore State in 2001. Lim Kit Siang immediately corrected him
but he being the person he is insisted that he was right. Jokers like Ling
Liong Sik, Samy Vellu and Lim Keng Yaik of course did not object and quietly
agreed with him and so did the other BN leaders. This mamak has damaged our
country through and through.
MM also passed the Syariah Law in Selangor in 1995
with the help of MCA, MIC, and Gerakan.
Ask MCA, MIC and Gerakan why they support an Islamic
State and passed laws to support it, and now complain that DAP is supporting an
Islamic State, when DAP has never ever agreed to do so. The evidence is beyond
doubt, it is in the public domain, ask them, the shameless ones, do they have
an answer?
Worth listening to this recording. Our constitution is
the most altered, amended, and modified constitution in the whole wide world.
We must never ever let UMNO get back their 2/3rds majority ever again. If they
do, then our country will go to the dogs. UMNO will again start changing the
constitution like there is no to-morrow. It will be changed to suit UMNO, just
like they changed the constitution/rules/laws to allow for gerrymandering of
the constituency, where a rural constituency with an electorate of 5,000 voters
is entitled to vote for one MP/DUN, whereas in urban localities, an electorate
of 100,000 can only vote for one MP. What sort of democracy do you call this?
Can someone out there enlighten me. Whether you're pro-BN or pro-opposition,
please, do not, in your wildest dreams ever allow UMNO their 2/3rds majority.
Don't ever let Malaysia go the way of Zimbabwe, Somali, or Myanmar.
An interesting speech by Dr. Azmi Sharom; an Assistant
Professor of Law at UM. He explains the CONSTITUTION: the Malaysian supreme
law. Listen to this, it's interesting and refreshing.
For people who think that only BN can govern properly.
Think again. Once BN gets back their 2/3 in Parliament they will start amending
the Constitution. Then we won't have the Constitution that protects ALL.
Educate yourself about what the supreme law of the land says. Then vote wisely.
Please spread this like wildfire...make it one of the
most viewed.
You will help educate people about our law.

THE SILENT MAJORITY CAN'T AFFORD TO BE SILENT ANYMORE
THE SILENT MAJORITY CAN'T AFFORD TO BE SILENT ANYMORE
SPEAK OUT AND VOICE YOUR OPINION
National laureate A Samad Said believes that Malaysians
chose to keep their mouths shut, doing nothing; then 'don’t blame the
government. Blame yourself'.
Walk into
the National Museum and head into the “Malaysia Now” Exhibit at Gallery D and
you will see him among the nation’s literary greats. National laureate A Samad
Said, a dimunitive man with a larger than life persona and much revered by
Malaysian.
Conversation
with him is a surreal experience, more so when he ordered a hot chocolate with
an impish smile, dashing the notion that all serious literary people drink
coffee – black.
At 76 years old, Pak
Samad has the kind of zen persona that makes even his most vitriolic statements
sound like poetry. It does then seem odd that he should co-chair the Bersih
coalition.
So how
did this quiet, unassuming man get involved in one of the biggest
demonstrations the country has seen?
Those
who saw the photos or who were at the walk in July 2011 are likely to remember
for a long time to come, the sight of him walking barefooted to the palace to
deliver a memorandum after having lost his slippers in the foray of the
demonstration.
After so many years of quiet, why now at this age, did he decide to lend
his voice and be a part of such a rally?
A native
of Belimbing Dalam, a villager near Durian Tunggal in Malacca, Pak Samad
received his early education during the second World War years at Sekolah
Melayu Kota Raja (Kota Raja Malay School) in Singapore.
When the
war was over, he continued his education at Singapore’s Victoria School and
went on to work as a clerk in a hospital.
Pak Samad
confessed that he had always wanted to be a writer. He began an unsuspecting
career in 1954 by writing short stories, poems, features, dramas, novels and
even diaries.
Later, he
would get a job with Utusan Zaman in Singapore and other well-known Malay
language magazines like Mastika and Remaja. He added that the reason why he
wanted to write to much was so that he could chronicle everything he saw as
sincerely as possible as seen through his eyes.
His
calling as a writer was cemented in the years of 1957 and 1968 when a novel he
had written won the consolation prize in a writing competition organised by
Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka.
The novel
was Salina. Salina was the story of a woman who, due to poverty, finds work in
the Singapore’s red light district of the 1950s.
Salina
the novel, is today touted as a literary masterpiece, moving in its portrayal
of humanity.
Much ugliness in Malaysia
When
asked if Pak Samad personally knew a woman like Salina, he proffered that he
knew and met many women like her. Salina, he said, was a composition of
characters he had met.
“When I
was in Singapore in the 1950s, I lived in places like Lorong Lalat before
moving to Rangoon road. Both these areas and the surrounding ones like Johor
Road and Deskar Road were red light districts.
“The
rooms and houses were cheap, so that’s where I stayed,” he smiled.
“It was
during this time that I got to know a few waitresses and sex workers. I would
say that the character of Salina was a combination of these women I met.”
Salina
took Pak Samad to greater heights and his writing career flourished.
As the
years began to roll out, he realised that settling to recording and writing
what he saw wasn’t enough.
Leaning forward in his chair, he said: “Here there were so many ugly
things happening in front of me. I would see unfairness, intimidation, fraud
and this moved me a step ahead from what I was used to.
“I saw that after 54 years of independence, we have come to point zero
again. We have become racial when we want to
win votes.
“I think there’s something wrong somewhere if, after five decades, a
nation cannot stand on solid ground; I think it has failed.
“This is why I decide to walk, as you asked me. I wanted to do more than
just write about what I saw.”
‘We need sincere leaders’
Pak Samad
has his own idea of what it would take for the country to thrive as she should.
It’s a
big idea, but he put it simply when he said, “We need sincere leaders with a
vision and with a real project in mind to galvanise a nation. We don’t have
that right now.”
He added
that having said that, it would only be fair to exclude Tunku Abdul Rahman from
the equation.
“Tunku
Abdul Rahman was the beginner… who started things.
“Tun
Abdul Razak may have had a vision but this didn’t quite turn out because he was too pro-Malay.
“After
that, everything became rojak… because things became messy; you don’t come to
the ideal to have a nation which is now symbolised by a motto – 1Malaysia.
That’s what it is – 1Malaysia is just a motto,
an advertisement.”
At this
point, Pak Samad opened his eyes wide in mock annoyance, then quickly breaks
into a smile and laughing heartily he asked, “Do I look angry? I’m not angry. I
just act angrily.
“My wife
always reminds me to be careful about what I say and write. But I know that whatever
I write, there will be repercussions. I have always said that poems are
weapons. I even have an anthology out called Puisi Itu Senjata but people don’t
read it.”
But Pak
Samad’s sense of reassurance is settled in the fact that Malaysians are
beginning to voice their thoughts.
He said
he believed that the younger generation is making an impact in some of the
changes being witnessed. The “old people” he has discounted because they
already know who to vote for.
‘Don’t blame the government’
Pak Samad
is hopeful that this will eventually bring about the balance which is needed
for democracy.
He said that this equilibrium will end what the government is doing by giving abrupt citizenship to immigrants just to
make sure they vote for Barisan Nasional.
Why
should someone who has just been here for three or five years be given the
power to determine the country’s rule is a question he posed.
He
said there were millions of other genuine rakyat who are not been given that
chance.
“I will come back to the same thing again and again. I’m afraid that
Malaysians won’t do their bit.
“If you keep your mouth shut doing nothing, don’t blame the government.
Blame yourself,” he stated.
Perhaps
it is this dogged determination which he says is part of his personality that
has kept him doing what he has all this time.
To those
who are not familiar with Pak Samad, fiery is not how one would describe him.
But make no mistake that he is.
He
doesn’t suffer fools gladly but is still very compassionate about the rights of
Malaysians and there isn’t an iota of doubt that this is a man who is in love
with his country.
He laughs
at his repetitive self and says he knows he sometimes sounds like a broken
record.
‘I am still same person’
But he
doesn’t mind, of course, because someone has to say something. And at the risk
of getting into trouble for it, he is completely at peace with it being him.
Acknowledging
that he is in the twilight of his life, Pak Samad expressed a desire to see
Malaysia become an example of a new country – harmonious, rich, fair,
respectful and dominant in a way that her voice will be internationally
respected.
“Some
people have told me that I have changed as a person. But I know I am still the
same. I do what I do, say what I say and write what I write because I don’t
want to die uselessly.
“I
want to be able to die knowing that I did something for my country, even if
it’s a small part, to bring about the change I hope to see in my lifetime.”

Ganjaran Solat Subuh
api neraka.” (Hadis riwayat Muslim)
Muhammad Abdur Rauf al-Munawi
tabir matahari. Adapun solat Subuh ibadat yang dilaksanakan ketika fajar siddiq
dan berakhir pada waktu matahari terbit.
Solat Subuh memiliki banyak
selama mereka suka bangun subuh (iaitu mengerjakannya).” (Hadis riwayat
penuh.” (Hadis riwayat Muslim)
memandangnya. Apabila kamu mampu, janganlah kamu menyerah dalam melakukan solat
sebelum terbit matahari dan solat sebelum terbenam matahari. Maka lakukanlah.” (Hadis
riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim)
Rasulullah SAW memberi janji,
mengerjakannya seharian penuh. Rasulullah SAW bersabda yang maksudnya:
“Barang siapa yang menunaikan
solat Subuh, maka ia berada dalam jaminan Allah. Maka janganlah cuba-cuba
membuat Allah membuktikan janji-Nya. Barang siapa yang membunuh orang yang
menunaikan solat Subuh, Allah SWT akan menuntutnya, sehingga Allah SWT akan
membenamkan mukanya ke dalam neraka.” (Hadis riwayat Muslim, at-Termizi dan
Ibn Majah)
Semoga kita tetap menjaga dan
memelihara solat Subuh seperti dijanjikan Allah. Bergegas bangun tidur apabila
terdengar laungan azan berkumandang untuk segera mengerjakan solat Subuh.

February 29 | The Day of Eternal Youth
February 29 | The Day of Eternal
Youth
Can we say that fewer people are born on February 29
from other dates. While when we count our age by counting the number of our
anniversary, so those who are born on February 29 would be much younger than
everyone else. Twenty years is the age of maturity for a person born on this
day. In other words, can be said that the people who was born February 29 date
will never be old.Of course the 29th day of February was a very unique, because the date was created to coordinate the calendar year due to the fact one is actually more than 365 days. The presence of day-to-366 was introduced by Julius Caesar, who decided that the date this occurred only once in four years. But when the time of Pope Gregory found that one day every four years is still too much, because the only one out of four centuries dated extra. (In 2000, not for years 1700, 1800, or 1900).
Their date of birth February 29 will bring young carriage. They're like cats that have nine lives, usually willing to go out of trouble or danger many times. They are people who are willing to endure that usually can be asserted that no common birthday. Persons born February 29 date is usually quite different, a fact which is also very aware of them. From the beginning they understood that they are not like normal people because of their approach to the world is often different than the general consensus. Just like their birthday is a special event, they are also able to see the privilege of living for other people who have been accepted as the proper place. At their best side to be like the children who hold on to pleasure in things are simple, but the sight of their infantile, and some undermine.
Those born on this day is generally not a flamboyant type who likes to show off their uniqueness to the world, but more often work hard to appear more normal than a normal person. So they often are attracted to working with matters relating to human interests and problems of everyday life, from professional looking away from their reach. Often, their fantasies are very high and active as well as their imagination can be expressed more at home than in the wider community.
Persons born in the 29th can not ignore or delete their individualistic privileges in their search for a normal life. To be very good if they can get rid of their habit of making them socially isolated, but when their difference is a fully integrated part of the talent or the most fundamental of themselves, "increase" or "adapt" it could be a parts of the word "press out".
Many are born on February 29 have tendency to be too much to compensate for their lack of real good and that is just fantasy. Those who do so with ambition to achieve success, of course, rooted in the risk of acquiring worldly temptations. On the other hand some people take the distance will get to be a very romantic idealist who, afraid to open his own open, get into their secret fantasy world. Therefore, persons born in these dates should strive to avoid thinking and extreme behavior as above, but need to find ways to more moderate middle.
Figures and Planet:
They are influenced by the number 2 (2 +2 = 11, 1 +1 = 2), and influenced by the Moon. Those who are under the influence of two figures are often friends and couples who both work, from a leader. These qualities help those who are born in the 29th of February to enter the part of the team work and can also be a brake on individual initiative and personal action. Months that are reflective and have a tendency passive bawahi outlining the points above. There is a strong connection between the Moon and Neptune (ruler of Pisces), which can indicate high romanticism and idealism, but may lack in logical thinking. Those who are born on February 29 in particular should be wary of the illusion they create their own especially.
Tarot:
Major Arcana card is the second of the priestess who sat on his throne, quiet and can not be disturbed. She was a woman with spiritual strength that can open the hidden strengths and secret-secret, strengthen those of us who memperhatikannya the strength to know. Pleasant quality of this card is residential, intuition, abstinence and the ability to keep secret; negative value is too secretive, little faith, do not pay attention, and indolence. Positive attitude to meet this woman priest will be able to run by people born this February 29th.
Health:
Usually that was born on February 29 this blessing of good health. But they often look very serious health problems. They should avoid treatment methods and a new diet, and depends only on the correct approach and has been tested. Ability to develop the skills to be part of the culinary experience of those who were born on this day, so was enjoying the fruits of the work-cook cooking. People born on this day should strive to train their restraint will terhadap good food fun. They also need much rest to calm their nervous system is active. Accustomed nap would be good for them not to be disturbed sleep at night. In the case of sports training, the person who was born on February 29 takes of a sports competition and social sport. Dance was organized for them.
Good advice:
Find a balance between personal and social life. Confident attitude produced in the liver. Be careful not too adore the values that appear only. Bring the fantasy out into the real world and share with others.
Meditation: Fewer can sometimes mean more!
Strengths: youthful, receive, can appreciate
Cons: too generous, less adult

Why do we need an extra day?
Why do we need an extra day?
February 29th is Leap day; this is an extra day added to the Julian calendar every 4 years, or years that are evenly divisible by four. A leap year is necessary in order to keep our calendar in sync with the seasons and astronomical events. An ordinary or common calendar year has 365 days, however, the Earth takes approximately a day and a quarter to complete a rotation around the Sun. Therefore an extra day every four years brings us back into alignment.
While Leap Day is not an official holiday, there are traditions associated with this day. I believe Leap Day is a special day, and not just if you were born on 29th February, so look at positive things you can do on this day that only comes around once every 4 years.
